Electronic music veterans The Prodigy released the third song off their upcoming release, “The Day is My Enemy,” slated for release March 30th.
“Wild Frontier” is a heavy dose of classic Prodigy sound, with a vicious bass-line, the shouting of Keith Flint and percussion that hits like an army of deranged, angry hammers. The release is accompanied by a fittingly dark video animated by the Dutch analog animator Mascha Halberstad.
Add this to the already released “Nasty” and the title track off their new album, and it’s shaping up to be a solid effort from Liam Howlett and crew. I can’t wait to see what this sound like live.
