Youtube is mostly run by bots, and as long as he doesn't upload the stuff he got copyright-banned for they'll have to find something new. Which always happens sooner or later I guess.
Usually they just send a mail to you where it says "you might have copyrighted material from this or that label", and that's it.
EVERYTHING is copyright infringement.
