Spring Awakening Music Festival (SAMF) announced their 2018 dates and location for the festival’s seventh annual installment, taking place June 8, 9 & 10 2018, returning to the beautiful Addams/Medill Park in Chicago.

In 2017, Spring Awakening debuted brand-new stage designs and expanded its footprint across the park. Once again, the two main stages – appropriately named Solstice and Equinox – stood as homebase for the event’s biggest names and performances. The Solstice Stage hosted headlining performances by Marshmello, Martin Garrix, Diplo, Alesso, Afrojack and more, while Excision, GRiZ, Galantis, Datsik, Galantis, ZHU and more held it down on the Equinox Stage.

A variety of electronic music genres were showcased at the two tented stages with branded takeovers by Anjunadeep, Sunday School, Dancing Astronaut, Body Language, Bass Kitchen, and Trance Arena – which featured a surprise daytime set by Armin Van Buuren! This was the first time in Spring Awakening history where a headliner performed multiple sets in one weekend. No telling what surprises are in store for 2018, but given React’s history, you can bet it’ll be big.

If that isn’t enough to get you all titillated, take a look at their 2017 after movie below for a complete look at SAMF. It’ll surely have you salivating all the way to early summer.
