Task Horizon

Hidden in a humble studio somewhere along the outskirts of Zürich, veteran dancefoor destroyers, Aaron von Schroeder and Tim Kleinert have been patiently pushing the parameters of DnB production under the name, Task Horizon, for the past nine years. With a track record including notable releases, remixes and collaborations on a number of influential labels, the duo has managed to stay out of the spotlight while still leaving their mark on the scene. These are the artist your favorite producers probably listen to.

Their forthcoming release is one every DnB head needs to look out for. Combining elements from the most energetic styles of drumstep and drum & bass, Task Horizon delivers a single that is completely on-point and ahead of the curve. The first listen had me in complete awe. Don’t let the bell melody and male vocals distract you in the beginning of ‘Perfection’, because when that drop hits that track kicks the door in like a home invasion. Think Camo & Krooked meets Kill The Noise. On the flip side, MC Spyda provides vocal authority to drive home the insanely evil and energetic track, ‘iDrive’.

Both tracks are a worthy addition to any serious Drum n’ Bass collection. Check out the previews below and make sure to look for this one when it drops May 13th on Evolution Chamber Recordings.
