Dutch duo June Miller have been laying down some absolute stompers over the past couple of years with big releases on the likes of Critical, Horizons and Commercial Suicide, and their latest release for RAM Records delivers the goods in a similar fashion.

From Autumn to Ashes goes straight in with heavy snares and an ominous guitar lick before dropping in a trademark June Miller metallic neurofunk bassline. This one is pure darkness and is definitely gonna rip up a few floors. Over on the flip the boys lull us into a false sense of security with a super cheesy intro, but don’t be fooled, this isn’t a Hospital release. The build up comes from nowhere and drops into a pounding drum beat with hard kicks and tom rolls clattering all around while a huge bassline rises and falls. Bad tunes!

Check out the A side below and look out for the release dropping April 14th.

Fell in love with Drum & Bass a few years ago and never looked back! I’ve been DJing around Glasgow for a few years (mostly as a resident at the monthly Symbiosis night) and producing for around a year now. Watch out for plenty more from me over the coming year!
