Whether you are bass music fan, or a dance music fan, loud music is your common denominator. From quality speakers at your desk to a subwoofer in your trunk to Excision’s 100,000 watt PK Sound system, loud = good. But sometimes, loud can be bad. Especially when you’re so loud that you piss off neighboring civilians and also break local code. Unfortunately, Sensation America and a few other prominent musicians are guilty of both. Local Brooklyn resident had the following to say:

“It was so loud that night that I had my headphones on watching TV — and I could still feel the vibration and hear the noise from the show”

Originally, the Barclay Center’s developer Forest City Ratner had been hit with a $3,200 fine, but it was dismissed over a technicality. However, the case is currently pending.
