Where The River Runs Black EP

Earlier today London based duo KillSonik previewed another two tracks off their upcoming EP “Where the River Runs Black” slated to release January 27th on MTA Records. Coming off a solid year of huge remixes for the likes of Calvin Harris, Example, and Sub Focus; this 4 track EP is a filthy follow up to their debut single “Bloodlust” which was also released on MTA Records.

The two most recent tracks previewed include ‘Slaughterhouse” and “Where the River Runs Black.” While these two tracks stray a little off the electro-dubstep path that KillSonik has crushed on past releases, you can still expect the monstrous bass lines, and masterfully imagined dark atmosphere, to come crashing through your speakers from the moment you press play.

“Slaughterhouse” takes on a metal-dubstep vibe with dingy guitar riffs and a dominant male vocal line. While “Where the River Runs Black” is a solid stab at some sinister moombahton. Both tracks are filled with enough eerie energy to power you through the final few hours of the week, be sure to catch the official release this Sunday.
