It seems the trap wave has claimed its latest victim. Dubstep master, Flux Pavilion, released a tune off of his upcoming Circus Records release, Blow The Roof, and while it doesn’t have every staple of your everyday trap tune (constant rolling hi-hats, “What!” samples, etc.)…you can definitely feel the inspiration from it. In Flux-fashion, there’s an overdose of seismic bass to go along with a catchy, buzzing lead. Add in some bangin’ 808 kicks and you’ve got a sure hit in “OneTwoThree (Make Your Body Wanna)”. Taking the blistering sound he’s come to be known for and infusing it with just enough trap, this is bound to get crowds going this summer.
Side-note: For the “do-you-even-spek-bro” kind of music junkie, you’ll notice this download isn’t 320kbps. While it may not be fit for your set at the club, it’s fine for headphones and non-studio sound systems. (Did I mention it’s free!?) For that version, you’ll have to wait for the proper release on 28 Jan.
